EmployEQ is a personality-based assessment that measures a job applicant's or current employee's emotional quotient (EQ). Specifically, it tests an individual's level of Dependability (persons who are reliable, honest and respond well to being supervised), Stress Tolerance (persons who are calm under pressure and are not overly anxious of tense) and Customer Service Orientation (persons who are friendly, cooperative and perceived as warm and caring).
EmployEQ may be used to screen out potential risk employees, identify qualified and dependable staff for promotion and retention and develop current employees by helping them to overcome their weaknesses and accentuate their overall strengths.
