The Teamwork–KSA Test (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude) is a self-scoring, paper-and-pencil inventory that measures the likelihood of success of individuals in a team setting. It can be used for selection and for promotion/training purposes. The Teamwork – KSA Test is easy to administer to groups or individuals. This instrument is an inexpensive and highly reliable way to pre-screen applicants.
The Teamwork – KSA Test helps measure applicants on the following scales:
Conflict Resolution - Uses the art of negotiation as well as constructive, civil and not personally threatening communication.
Collaborative Problem-Solving - Taking more initiative and becoming more involved in solving team problems while considering the contributions of other team members.
Communication - Mutual respect, appropriate and timely sharing of information and the genuine solicitation of other’s feedback and opinions.
Goal Setting & Performance Management - Defines mission or purpose, selects appropriate level of goal difficulty and obtains goal acceptance.
Planning & Task Coordination - Capacity to plan, coordinate, integrate and sequence tasks and information.
Interpersonal Skills - Capacity to observe and interpret the behaviours and needs of others.
Self-Management Skills - Ability to manage one’s own time and responsibilities effectively.
