Three subtests can help assess the following aptitude levels of your job applicants:

Mechanical Knowledge - Ability to identify tools and devices and understand their use. Ten-minute time limit.

Space Relations - Ability to mentally manipulate and visualize objects in space. Ten-minute time limit.

Shop Arithmetic - Ability to do quantitative reasoning and basic arithmetic operations in typical shop situations. Fifteen-minute time limit.
