The C, B, and A Maintenance Mechanic tests are for use in selecting manufacturing or processing maintenance candidates who have knowledge in the following areas: Pneumatics; Print Reading; Welding; Electrical; Lubrication; Plumbing; Rigging; Machine Shop; Mechanical; and HVAC.

The test items are written in a multiple-choice format.

NOTE: Each level progresses in difficulty, with A Maintenance Mechanic being the most advanced.
