The Office Skills Assessment Battery is designed to help identify high quality applicants who possess the skills and attitudes necessary for successful performance in office positions. It is a paper-and-pencil test which is easily administered in under an hour.

This instrument has two parts. The Skills Inventory helps measure language skills, openness to learning further skills and career development. The second part is an Attitudes Inventory helps assess an applicant's interest in, motivation toward and knowledge about office positions. The two assessments can be purchased individually or together in one package.

This instrument also indicates Career Interests, Background, Education, Work Experience and Basic Understanding of Office Practices. Use the OSAB instrument to help improve customer relations, encourage customer retention, reduce employee turnover and associated costs, increase employee productivity and reduce employee theft.
