This instrument is designed to help measure the potential for success in sales. It can be used for inside or outside sales positions. It can be used to assist in personnel selection, placement and to identify training needs. The Sales Professional Assessment Inventory helps measure:

Sales Work Experience - sales related education, training and experience

Sales Interest - the appeal of various types of sales activities

Sales Responsibility - the extent to which people accept responsibility for and are in control of their work performance and chances for advancement

Sales Orientation - personal traits associated with sales success

Energy Level - a measure of energy level, work pace and endurance

Self Development -responsiveness to sales training, openness to new ideas and suggestions for improvement

Sales Skills - basic sales skills and experience, selling skills and abilities

Sales Understanding - the ability to identify important issues in a sale, how to influence the outcome of a sale

Sales Arithmetic - basic math as it relates to totals, sales volume, sales analysis

Customer Service - awareness of customer needs, the impact of salesperson behaviours, tendencies to be courteous, helpful and attentive

Business Ethics - tendency to uphold ethical business standards and practices

Job Stability - identifies people who are more interested in long-term rewards rather than short-term gains and payoffs

Sales Potential Index - a composite score of the candidate's suitability for sales.

This is a sophisticated, proven instrument that generates a wealth of specific information about a person's sales abilities.
