The Supervisory Skills Test – is an objective test that measures what your supervisors believe, know and understand about the functions, practices, behaviours and skills that are required for successful supervision.  The 48-item test covers all the essential responsibilities of first and second level supervisors from basic planning and organizing to interactions with subordinates, superiors and peers.  The test takes about 15-20 min to complete and can be used for pre and post training course assessment, spotting potential employees and identifying supervisory training needs.  Comes in a set of 12 tests including, an administration guide and manual scoring instructions.
