Our goal is to bring you the assessment tools that are best suited to your needs.
|
There are literally, hundreds of different kinds of tests on the market today. However no single test is appropriate for every situation and not every test will provide you with the variety or quality of information that you require. Our expertise is in helping our clients select the tools that they need, help them to use them effectively and to understand the information that they provide you with. |

What Should You Know About Tests?
Testing has become very specific and there are few one-size-fits-all tests available. The best way to select an assessment tool is to first have a clear goal regarding who and what you wish to measure. There are many different varieties of tests for employers to choose from. Whether you want to assess someone's readiness for promotion, find out if applicants have the necessary skills you want or determine if employees require additional skill training, we can provide you with assessments suited to that purpose.

How Do I Find What I'm Looking For?
We have organized the tests in two ways to make it easy for you to find what you need. The tests on this site are listed by category and alphabetically by name. If you know the name of the tool you're looking for, click the A-Z Test List. If you're searching for a particular type of assessment tool, browse the category list to find one that meets your needs. Don't forget to review the Miscellaneous tests. There are some unusual tools available that don't fit neatly into the categories listed. |

IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
When you see this icon at the bottom of a test page, you can view more information about the test you're reviewing or download a specification sheet in Adobe. Each Adobe (.pdf) file contains a specification sheet and/or sample pages/sample reports/validity studies. This requires that you have the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.

Disclaimer
All tests and assessments are sold without regard to their final use. Laws and regulations vary by State and Province. Some assessments (such as intelligence, personality or drug usage) are not acceptable for pre-screening use in some jurisdictions. It is the responsibility of the end user to ensure the appropriateness of all instruments. Creative Organizational Design is not responsible for the misuse of test instruments, or for decisions based upon their results. Assessments can provide you with invaluable information that would otherwise be difficult to obtain, however, tests are not a substitute for your own good judgment. A test should be viewed as only one more tool in your evaluation process, along with the interview, resume and background checks. |
