Construction Laborer Test

Purpose: It will help you identify the person who has the mental ability to handle complex job tasks as well as someone who will be cooperative, communicate reasonably well, work hard, and get along with other members of the team.

About the Test: This test consists of a 68 question untimed personality inventory. A person of average reading ability can complete the test in 15 minutes.

What the Report Gives You: Graphical display of scores and Suggested Interview Questions.

Testing Process: Online testing provides immediate reporting. Proctoring is desirable but not required.
