The test is easy to administer and the results can be in your hands in minutes. The test can be used to screen new job applicants or to assess the skills of your current staff. The comprehensive report includes a profile of the person and identifies an individual’s strengths and weaknesses.
The Retail Readiness Assessment measures:
Customer Service Aptitude
Assesses the individual’s ability to understand and deal with situations commonly encountered in customer service situations.
Customer Service Attitude
Assesses how friendly, outgoing and helpful individuals are likely to be when dealing with customers.
Assesses the individual’s sales drive and their ability to suggest complementary items when assisting customers.
Assesses the extent to which individuals feel responsible for and in control of their sales performance and chances for advancement.
Assesses the individual’s understanding of effective service practices and basic common sense in dealing with customers.
This scale determines whether the applicant could read and understand the test and its concepts.
The Candidness Scale identifies applicants who tried to fake their responses or completed the inventory in what they thought was a socially desirable manner. Low scores indicate a tendency to exaggerate positive qualities and minimize negative traits.
