Purpose: This assessment helps you identify people who have basic literacy skills in math and reading, plus they have aptitude for stock picking tasks. The test also helps you identify people who are conscientious, detail minded, orderly, able to focus their attention on their work instead of socializing on the job, have integrity, and are hard working.
About the Test: This test consists four parts (1) an untimed math test that includes adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing operations of whole numbers and decimals, (2) a 16 minute reading comprehension test that presents reading passages that relate to an industrial setting, (3) a 4 minute stock picking test, and (4) an 84 question personality inventory. It should take about an hour to complete although it will vary from person to person because two of the four parts of the test are untimed.
What the Report Gives You: Graphical display of scores, Strengths and Weaknesses, and Suggested Interview Questions.
Testing Process: Online testing provides immediate reporting. Proctoring is desirable but not required. (Note: If you want the same test with a more streamlined, less costly report, choose the “Stock Clerk†test.)
