The Conditional Reasoning Test of Aggression is a personality-based assessment that predicts the potential for absenteeism, employee turnover, performance problems and rule violations.

It does not require professional training. It is a perfect tool for employers and paraprofessionals who screen large numbers of applicants for various positions.

As an indirect measure of aggression, the test is presented to the applicant as a measure of critical reasoning skills when in fact it is measuring aggressive tendencies.

The self-report format relies on objective problem solving and focuses on individuals’ unconscious thought processes.

Applicants answer 25 multiple choice questions.

Scores are interpreted on a scale of 0 to 8, with higher scores indicative of a greater potential for counter productive behavior.
