Developed in cooperation with the American Banking Association, the Short Employment Tests (SET) are useful in selecting candidates for administrative, banking, customer service and cashier positions. In just a few minutes, you can obtain test results to assist you in choosing the applicants most likely to succeed in jobs requiring verbal skills, rapid and accurate computational skills, or accurate coding and retrieval of information. SET predicts a candidate’s:
- Aptitude for verbal, math, and clerical tasks
- Ability to work well in environments requiring rapid computation and accuracy
