Purpose: This assessment helps you identify people who are bright, capable of learning and manipulating complex information, and can explain things well. In working with equipment, they can learn how to operate the equipment they are trying to demonstrate. The test also helps you evaluate whether candidates are easy to get along with and slow to anger, willing to adhere to company rules and policies, customer minded and eager to please, empathetic, interested in finding innovative approaches, confident, cheerful and upbeat and hard working.
About the Test: This test consists of three parts (1) a 102 question personality inventory, (2) a 44 item test of general cognitive aptitude with about equal number questions for verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and abstract reasoning, and (3) a mechanical reasoning test. It probably takes about 60-75 minutes to complete it although this will vary from person to person because it is untimed.

Testing Process: Online testing provides immediate reporting. Proctoring is desirable but not required.
