These short, fair, ethical, professional, legally defensible, mobile, and engaging tests can be used early in the hiring process to screen out unsuitable applicants quickly and reliably.

They include 200,000 job-specific roles to select from to match the assessment to the exact job that you’re screening for.

How Does It Work?

  1. Once the appropriate role has been selected, the system automatically adds two pre-determined Ability Assessments (to which more may be added) from a list of 13 options.
  2. To that, the system automatically adds several role-related Personality trait assessments to the test, drawing from a list of over 30 options, and to which any number may be added to customize the test even further.
  3. A proprietary backed, scientific formula validates the candidate’s overall suitability, gathering all assessment results into just ONE score.
  4. The candidate receives a report with personalised advice from the psychologists to improve employer brand and candidate experience.
  5. The individual conducting the interview also receives a report with interview questions relevant to the seniority, job function and results of the assessments to help structure the interview.
