Purpose: Use this online Auditor Test to make the right hiring decision. When hiring for an Auditor position, you need to find a professional. An experienced auditor who is good at investigating, demystifying, and thoroughly understanding details of financial reports. In addition, you also need an auditor who has the courage to speak up when they see evidence of mismanagement or fraud. About the Test: This test should take about 90 minutes to complete. This test battery has two parts:
• 125 question untimed personality inventory
• 44-item test of mental ability (equally divided among verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning questions)
What the Report Gives You: Graphical display of scores, explanation of aptitude results, list of strengths and developmental concerns, display of the narrative comments given to the open-ended statements, and suggested interview questions.
