The CPI 260 ® assessment opens a new window into people’s strengths and opportunities for development, offering a vibrant portrait of the individual as seen through the eyes of others. Ideal for one-on-one coaching, small group training, or any performance improvement initiative, this powerful, business-focused assessment transforms the venerable CPI instrument into one of today’s most popular leadership development and management training tools.

The CPI 260 instrument was designed specifically assessing management and leadership potential. This instrument contains 260 items carefully selected from the original California Psychological Inventory assessment to identify an individual’s strengths and areas for development. The CPI 260 instrument is used extensively within organizations for a variety of leadership and development applications as well as high-potential identification. This tool is highly effective for one on one or group coaching, management training programs, and performance improvement initiatives.

The CPI 260 assessment provides reports on 26 scales related to organizational behaviour and leadership effectiveness.
