Purpose: The Educational Aide test helps you identify people who are comfortable working around children, handle frustration well, come across as easy-going and cheerful, willing to work within rules and regulations, work hard and do not seek opportunities to slack off, work well in a team, and are comfortable around children.

Who Is It For: People who provide a support function in educational settings but whose responsibilities include oversight / supervision for children.

About the Test: This test consists two parts: (a) a 142 question personality inventory, (2) 44 aptitude questions, about evenly divided between verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and abstract reasoning. This test takes about 60-75 minutes to complete although it will vary from person to person because it is untimed.

What the Report Gives You: Graphical display of scores, narrative interpretation of aptitude results, list of strengths and developmental concerns, and suggested interview questions.

Testing Process: Online testing provides immediate reporting. Proctoring is desirable but not required.
