Similar to our Field Sales Test I, this version of the test also includes an aptitude component.
Purpose: It will help you choose candidates who have the ego strength, persuasiveness, money-motivation, engaging personality, customer service attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile to produce solid results.
About the Test: This test battery has three parts and takes approximately 1.5- to two hours to complete:
- 125-question personality inventory
- 44 aptitude test items divided between verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning
- 44 open-ended questions requiring a typed short answer.
What the Test II Report Gives You: Graphical display of scores, explanation of aptitude test results, responses to open-ended questions, list of strengths and developmental concerns, and suggested interview questions. Note: Compared to the Field Sales I report, this one provides responses to open-ended questions.
