Description

Purpose: The Business Development Professional Test identifies candidates who are bright, capable of learning and dealing with abstract concepts, competitive, hard-driving, goal-oriented, and interested in creating large scale or long term projects that generate a good income. It also helps evaluate whether candidates are stable team players, and if they have innate leadership capacity.

About the Test: This test is untimed but should take about two hours to complete. It consists of three parts:

• 144-question personality inventory
• 44-item test of general cognitive aptitude with about equal number questions for verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and abstract reasoning
• 46 open-ended questions that require the candidate to type in their own short answer.

What the Report Gives You: Graphical display of scores, explanation of aptitude results, list of strengths and developmental concerns, display of the narrative comments given to the open-ended statements, and suggested interview questions.

Testing Process: Online personality testing provides immediate reporting. Proctoring is desirable but not required.
