The Dealing with Conflict Coursebook is the companion participant booklet to the Dealing with Conflict Leaders Guide. This 53 page booklet guides participants along in the process of completing the Dealing with Conflict instrument and includes a series of activities designed to teach and reinforce conflict management skills. It includes all the exercise worksheets needed for participants to seamlessly follow the workshop outline used in the Leaders Guide.

The DCI coursebook can be used in a self study format, however many of the activities are improved by group discussion.
