The Executive-Senior Manager Test I helps find candidates with the personality to become a powerful, effective, and well-regarded leader of an organization.

Your company’s future rests on these senior management decision makers, who can manage the work of others to reach challenging goals, inspire employees, strategize a positive future for the company, work collaboratively to produce innovative solutions, and build effective alliances with key constituents.

This test is to help find candidates with the personality to become a powerful, effective, and well-regarded leader of an organization.

NOTE: If you wish to use the Executive-Senior Manager Test I without the aptitude component, chose the Executive-Senior Manager II test.

About the Test:  This test battery has three parts and takes approximately 2 hours to complete and includes:

  • 162-question untimed personality inventory
  • 44-item test of mental ability (divided among verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning)
  • 46 open-ended statements requiring short answers.

What the Report Gives You: Graphical display of scores, explanation of aptitude results, list of strengths and developmental concerns, display of the narrative comments given to the open-ended statements, and suggested interview questions.

Testing Process: Online testing provides immediate reporting. Proctoring is desirable but not required.
